Welcome to the official FotoBox cancellation policy page. We understand that plans may change, and we aim to keep our policy fair, clear, and simple for everyone.
Please read the terms below before confirming your booking at FotoBox Photobooth in Tamarind Square, Cyberjaya.
1. Standard In-Store Bookings
Cancellation Requests
Under the FotoBox cancellation policy:
• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled session are eligible for:
– One-time rescheduling (subject to availability), OR
– A refund (where applicable)
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.
We reserve your time slot exclusively, so advance notice is required.
2. No-Show Policy
If a customer does not arrive at the scheduled booking time and fails to inform us:
• The session will be marked as a no-show
• The booking will be forfeited
• No refund or reschedule will be provided
3. Rescheduling Terms
The FotoBox cancellation policy allows:
• One reschedule request per booking
• Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• New date is subject to availability
Repeated changes may not be accepted.
4. Late Arrival Policy
• Customers arriving late may receive reduced session time
• Sessions will end at the originally booked time
• No refund will be provided for shortened sessions due to late arrival
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for a smooth experience.
5. Event & 360° Booth Bookings
For private events and 360° Video Booth services:
• Deposits are non-refundable once booking is confirmed
• Cancellations made 7 days before event date may qualify for partial refund (excluding deposit)
• Cancellations less than 7 days before event are non-refundable
Event agreements may include separate cancellation terms.
6. Technical Issues
If a session is affected due to equipment malfunction caused by FotoBox:
• A replacement session will be offered, OR
• A refund may be issued at management’s discretion
7. Force Majeure
The FotoBox cancellation policy does not cover disruptions caused by:
• Government restrictions
• Mall closures
• Natural disasters
• Unforeseen emergencies
In such cases, rescheduling will be prioritized whenever possible.
